A passionate painter and a poet, I am currently working on a novel. I am a kinky old school Butch Daddy, out nearly 30 years. I am known as a pioneer in online queer community building, creating Butch-Femme.com & ButchFemmeMatchmaker.com over a decade ago. I kinda live in a genderfucked bubble where most folks get that I am an unbranded hybrid. I recently became a parent to a preteen girl who means the world to me. I also teach creative writing in the public school system and the YMCAs, and run a blog at DaddyRhon.com.


Friends would say I am quiet, thoughtful, and amused most of the time. I am all about the juicy colors, and the tragic irony, and the running connection between all things. Bottomless and dark, but gentle and perceptive. I believe integrity is the only real justice, and honor itself is a quiet thing. Humanity is compelled by either Fear or Love. In my life, I try to choose Love... living in the moment with my eyes, mind, and raggedy heart wide fucking open. I do flinch sometimes, but have few regrets.
